We are two spontaneous and adventurous entrepreneurs on a journey to create freedom for us - we’re building our company and our mobile office to combine what we love with what makes us money.
Who are we and what do we do?
We are a 2-person team (Andrea Thornton & Dave Wall) running an online business development and marketing firm called Archetype Development LLC. We didn’t like the idea of being restricted to a normal office job. The beauty of the internet is that it isn’t necessary to work a normal 9-5 in a rented office space. As long as we have an internet connection and our laptops there is no limit to where we can work from. We decided that we would create a mobile office that would allow us the freedom to travel the country while still being able to keep up on work.
We are currently living it Salt Lake City, Utah while we are building up our company and converting our truck into a mobile office. This blog is our place to document the growth of our company, our progress on the mobile office conversion and our travels around the country once the Geek Crusher is complete.

hey there, found you through artconspiracy.com (i’m bastimag)…any way got two things to ask you/tell you/impart on you…not sure which is more correct.
1. the band humanwine from boston is working on a similar project. you should contact either holly or m@ and start conversing aobut what works and what doesn’t for the mobile power thing. i think they’re also doing a biodiesle deal with a bus, but then again they need space for 6-10 people on the road.
2. i do illustrations with a graphic designer friend for band posters. we’re looking to broaded our clientle, so, if iin your marketing forays if you would be in need of an illustrator and/or typographer/designer please keep us in mind. our work can be seen here… www.gravity-ink.com
